Postage Fees & Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary depending on each group buy campaign. Kindly refer to the respective group buy poster for the applicable shipping charges.

For Singapore and international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order via our Facebook page Messenger. International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchased items.

Orders received will usually be processed and shipped on the next working day. Estimated delivery time is within 3–5 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and courier service conditions. Customers will be informed accordingly if there are any delays.

All parcels are shipped via PosLaju courier service.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Once an order is being processed, changes to the shipping address are not allowed unless under special circumstances.

Self-Collection

Customers may also choose to self-collect their purchases at our store located in Penang.

We strive to prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually by the next working day. Kindly note that shipments are only processed during working days and office hours.
